This Bakor(TM) foundation coating is a waterproof emulsion composed of vacuum-reduced asphalt dispersed in a mineral colloid emulsifier. Environmentally friendly material, it contains no asbestos or volatile compounds. This coating is odourless, non-toxic, of heavy brush consistency and exhibiting excellent adhesion to both damp and dry construction surfaces. The cured coating presents a stable, ductile coating impervious to sustained contact with water. 18.9 L.

Bakor 700-01 is a damp proofing and waterproofing emulsion composed of vacuum-reduced asphalt dispersed in a mineral colloid emulsifier. It is odourless, non-toxic, of heavy brush consistency, exhibiting excellent adhesion to both damp and dry construction surfaces. The cured coating presents a stable, ductile coating impervious to sustained contact with water. Environmentally friendly material containing no asbestos or volatile compounds.

Bakor 700-01 is used as a waterproofing compound in membrane systems to control hydrostatic pressure or may be applied as a simple coating for dampproofing concrete and masonry. It is ideal for insulated concrete forms (ICF), preserved wood foundations (PWF), foundation walls, footings, split-slab floors, retaining walls and wing walls.
